Here we are, 1 week after the start of the 100% raw fruit and veg diet. It wasn’t really hard at all to be honest, but I do eat a lot of fruit and veg anyway in a juice form.
The first 3-4 days I didn’t have any energy at all. In-fact I even found it hard to take Bella on her walks, but I kept at it and the last few days have been amazing, I had loads of energy plus have managed to get loads of work done too.
I was only expecting to lose around 2lbs this week as I have been eating well I have not had energy to-do much exercise. But to my surprise I lost 4.1lbs so am very happy with that.
This next 7 days will be much of the same. 100% raw fruit and veg, make use of my juicer still & also get more exercise done now my body’s energy levels are getting up again.
