I’ve not done a weight-loss Wednesday for a few weeks now as I was having a break over the festive holiday’s, but everything is back to normal again now.
Today I want to talk about the 90’s, I love the 90’s, I’m a child of the 90’s and love everything about them.
One of my favourite parts was waking up with GMTV and Mr Motivator every morning, for those who do not know or do not remember him here is a clip.
So a few weeks ago I ended up buying his DVD on Amazon, it is a few years old so it’s only a few quid and thought I would give it a go and I love it!!!
It’s split into 11, 7 minute workouts which is perfect for me and the way I live my life.
For those who don’t know this is a normal day or me:
- 1 TV / DVD episode of what I am watching at the time (This last few days I am catching up with corrie).
- 1, 7mins DVD workout section.
- 30mins of work
After this I start again with 1 TV / DVD episode. I have worked this way (excluding the workout part) for the last few years and this simple 3 step system for me is perfect. I don’t get bored with my work and I don’t make silly mistakes as when I’ve done some work I have my DVD / Episode to relax and watch before work again. Yes everything takes twice as long, but it’s the way I love working 🙂
As for this DVD, I really am enjoying it, even though currently some sections are easy and others are really hard due to me being out of shape.
The lower body I am finding easy as I walk with Bella a good few hours everyday, but the top half of my body I am struggling with, but I will get there. With the sections only being 7mins long so I am really enjoying it as it give me an excuse to get up and move as well.
While I agree fitness DVD’s are sometimes a waste of money this was only a few quid and I am loving it.
