Regular readers of this blog will know I have a very up and down relationship with Plusnet who I have my broadband and phone line with.
Well the back-end of last week things got even worse and to cut a long story short managed to get into a argument with one of the managers who could not understand his staff kept failing. This was the first time in the 6 months I have been with them that I really understand how BT could own them…..and lets not even start on how awful BT are!
I am now in the middle of moving to a new supplier. The monthly charge will be £14.50 a month and will reveal who that new supplier is after I have moved.
Due to me still being legally in a contract with Plusnet they can (and I feel will) add a cancellation fee onto my account. Well we all know what I’m like by now, I would cut off my nose to spite my face. So I will be taking Plusnet first to the ombudsman, then to court. This whole thing will then drag on at least 10-12 months, then after that I will offer £1 a month. That’s my way of sticking 2 fingers up at them.
They can treat me like rubbish if they want….but I will have the last laugh!
