I’ve spent most of today catching up with a few outstanding complaints. First with the Ombudsman – I made a complaint about the failed call backs, they agreed and offered £100 goodwill and they have not paid it yet. The 2nd is another complaint with Energy Ombudsman over the old E-On mess, they still owe me £45 too. Lastly the Post Office telecom complaint on the £39 price rise. I made this complaint in November and as of yet they have not even looked into it, looks like that will be going to the Ombudsman too.
Always best to have a good tidy up every now and again. Anyway, let’s crack on….
Weekly Standing Charge – £2
Units: This week my water meter reading is 00043.407, means I have used 0.167 these last 7 days. Well under my 0.250 weekly target so it makes up for going over by 0.15 last week.
Gas meter this week is 3449 and as always, a £0 bill.
Reading this week is 00058, Means I used 7 units @ £0.1591 per unit = £1.16 (including VAT)
As normal I have rounded the £1.16 up to £1.50 so my SSE Account can climb into credit without me even thinking about it. After having the last 2 weeks at 84p and this week £1.16 it still works out at around the £1 a week mark so I am still happy, just as long as I have some more 84p weeks this month!
Till next time,
